Why We Have Chosen Chitty Malay

The main reason we choose this topic because we want to expose people about the existence of Chitty Malay, its culture, language and even religion. In Malaysia as a multi-culture society, we have different race living under one roof. There are Malay, Chinese and Indian, who are the majority race in the country. Between these race there are the mix marriage which brings out the mix of two different world. This is how BabaNyonya came about and also Chitty Malay. We find that not many people know about Chitty Malay compare to BabaNyonya culture. That why we have choosen this topic, to preserve Chitty Malay and share our knowledge about the culture.
